our whirlpool front load washer was leaking in the front seal and they had the seal and had my washer back working with no leak

called them to fix my refrigerator on Friday before the weekend the came out and we had a very happy weekend because of them

THE WORST EVER STAY AWAY

he is a LIAR and has very little knowledge or professionalism.

he has excepted a job to fix my oven and after 3 months of dragging me out after charging me in full before supposedly ordering a part he still doesn't communicate and it still isn't fixed.

BAD, BAD, BAD! Buyer Beware. They are crooks. We called them to repair our stove over 3 months ago. They asked some personal questions that were odd, asked to use our bathroom, but that doesn't make them bad. What makes them crooks is that they asked for $450 up front to repair a stove burner and oven fan and then they disappeared. But they were quick to cash our check. Not very honest. They did not call nor return our numerous calls. It's been almost 100 days now. Most times when we call we get an answering machine. When we have had the luck of getting a live body, they've made up numerous excuses...technician was in a car accident, the part is on back order, there is a problem with the internet check service. I have told them in no uncvertain terms to just return my money and forget the whole thing. So, beware of this company. Look closely at the reviews. Why is there such a divide? Friends & family are talking up the phoney reviews. Bujt look closely at the not so favorable reviews. There is a common theme there. Fraud and deception. If you have an appliance problem, go with a well-known, reputable repair company. Ask your neighbors and DO NOT USE APPLIANCE MEDIC - they'll waster your time and money. CROOKS! I'll see them in small claims court. All I wanted was a repaired stove and I what I got was taken. Be forewarned. No need for this to happen to you. APPLIANCE MEDICS are thieves. I am out $450.

Came to fix my washer it was a pleasant experience and cleaned up after the service

I couldn't disagree more with the prior person providing a review. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! Our washing machine broke and we had a service contract so we were forced to use this company. I gave this company one star because of their employees. For some reason they lucked out with a very pleasant, professional technicians who came to our home but the owner is rude and obnoxious. He must have caller ID, because he doesn't answer the phone. You leave a message on the machine and he doesn't return the call. When you finally get him, he is elusive and gives you abrupt answers. We were out of a washing machine for a month!!! That is uncalled for. When they finally came to fix it (after removing it from my house & keeping it in their shop), I heard a clicking sound 15 minutes into my first load of laundry. When I went down to the laundry room, I smelled burnt rubber. The saga continues............Will review again when this is all over.

WE CALLED A DIFFRENT COMPANY TO COME OUT ON OUR GE PROFILE AND THEY TOLD US THAT WE SHOULD CALL APPLIANCE MEDIC THAT THEY ARE FAMMILIAR WHITH GE PROFILE WHEN APPLIANCE CAME OUT IT WAS FIXED AND IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WHITH THEM

CALLED TODAY IN THE MORNING AT 12 OCLOCK AND MY DRYER IS FIXED ALREADY
