I had Applewood come out to our home 3 times to fix a pipe that kept backing up into our home. They never truly fixed it until they had convinced us to pump our septic tank (which wasn't the culprit) and until we had to have our carpets cleaned twice. By the third go round, the plumber who came out finally seemed to know how to handle the problem. I was so enraged at this point that it wasn't done right the FIRST time as would be expected. When I contacted their customer service, the person whom I spoke with was arrogant, undermining and seemed to believe that his "master plumbers" did what was right. Then why did it take 3 times for your "master" plumbers to get it right?!! They refused to reimburse us for THEIR mistake except for 1 charge for the plumbing services and nothing for the septic that didn't really need to be pumped and nothing for our carpet cleaning which ran around $400. I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it! And guess, what? There are other "Master" plumbers out there with more experience and better customer service skills than these Charlatan's!
