I had an emergency over the weekend and contacted APGAR. The person who answered the phone took down my details, phone number, took note of my credit card on file, an assured an appointment. Come Monday no charge was run, no oil, and they're calling to reschedule again promising the next day. The lady I spoke with, Jane, tried bargaining with me saying she'd knock 10 cents off.
Very unorganized and unprofessional crew.
