Driver of the tow truck was speeding down my residential street when my kids were out playing. Speed limit is 20 so why are you driving 40 mph down a residential street??

PLEASE do NOT bring your vehicle to these people for collision repair. I had my car repaired there and they BUTCHERED it. This was confirmed when I brought it to the Honda dealership and they were SHOCKED at what an awful repair job they did! They completely screwed up the wiring inside the vehicle and the door still leaks when it's raining. They tried to give me the car back even though they knew they didn't repair it properly, hoping that I wouldn't say anything. To this day it still does not work properly! They should be shut down by the state! There are plenty of other repair facilities that you can take your car to that will do a proper job. Don't let what happened to me happen to you! We work too hard for our money! I hope this helps you from making the wrong decision that I did.
