I recently used Anthony's Tents and Inflatable's for my daughter's birthday in Sept. All I have are great things to say. When I first started calling around, I spoke with Daisy (I believe that was her name, Excuse me if I have her name incorrect). She asked me what I was looking for and told me she would call me back. When she followed up with me less than 30 mins later, she had prices and suggestions ready. After I had looked around at so many website and placed a few calls, Their customer service was valued and honestly may have been the reason I booked with them right then and there. Another great feature was that Anthony's was is located in Waukegan and the party was in Antioch, but it was not a problem to come out and set up. I also informed her that there was a slight slope in the yard area (which was my biggest worry) but she told me that they would be able to figure it out, WHICH THEY DID!



We were having a princess theme birthday party and selected their princess moonwalk. We also rented 2 table and chair combos (1 table & 8 chair) plus I need an extra table for food (She graciously threw it into my order at no extra cost!). The day of the party: Daisy was there to greet me early, Everything was set up perfectly and the rental was until the next day (included in the price). she told me to just leave everything outside and they would come through in the morning to grab it. The next morning before we woke, everything was gone like it had never been there at all.



Long Story Short: Anthony's Tent and inflatable have great prices along with superb customer service. They were reliable and flexible. I would definitely recommend and use them again!
