Worst experience EVER. We paid over 1,000. to repair a sub zero ice maker. Had to pay upfront (which should have given us a clue). We began our process in July. It's now October, supposedly warrantied for one year. The ice maker is not working properly yet. No return phone calls. He has several different phone numbers and we have called on all of them. He also broke a panel on the door, said he ordered a replacement for us. Never received. Do not recommend him at all. The worst customer service we have ever seen.

DO NOT USE ANTHONY WYNNE FOR ANY APPLIANCE REPAIR! hE CHARGE ME $680.78 FOR AN ICE MAKER FOR MY SUB-ZERO THAT DID NOT NEED FIXING. i HAD TO CALL ANOTHER REPAIR COMPANY THAT CHARGED ME $508.97 FOR AN ELECTRONIC BOARD THAT BROUGHT ELECTRICITY TO THE ICEMAKER i HAD. THIS MAN IS A SCAM ARTIST, DOES NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR APPLIANCE BUT CHARGES YOU AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT FOR NOTHING. HE NEVER CALLED BACK, NEVER CAME BACK AND THEN A MONTH LATER THOUGHT HE WAS COMING BACK TO PUT IN A PART i DID NOT NEED.

DO NOT USE ANTHONY WYNNE FOR ANY APPLIANCE REPAIRS!!! He charged me $197 for working on my dryer and did nothing to fix it. He claimed he replaced the thermostat and I found out that that had not been done when I called another repairman out. THIS MAN IS A RIPOFF!!
