When you sign up for service, we assign both a primary and an alternative backup sitter. A free in-home consultation provides you with the opportunity to meet with your sitter to ensure a good fit for all. If at any time you request a new sitter one will be provided in a timely manner to assure that our two and four legged clients are comfortable.
