They are very reliable and do an overall good job. Pretty responsive to special requests and scheduling changes.

I had Angelita's service off and on for a few years. They are very thorough at cleaning. My big beef is that they seem to be in such a hurry that things are not put back as they should. (i.e. dining chairs are not slipped back under table, garbage cans left in the middle of the room, pictures left askew on the walls, etc.) I always had to go through the house and straighten it up! As often as I brought this to her attention, we always had the problem. I finally fired them and let her know that it was her businesses only downfall but it was enough for me to cancel with them.
