I hired Ray Andrus Plumbing for very specific problems. I was way over-charged and work he swore was done was not! I have major flooding under my home from 2 pipes I pointed out, was given a quote of $160.00, and only 1 was fixed.I called him immediately and was told he did both pipes, but would come out for another $160.00.Now,I was charged $460.00 to have 2 pipes replaced (repaired) 20 minutes,but only 1 was fixed,a water valve changed- 20 minutes for $160.00,and 2 drains snaked- 20 minutes for $240.00. I was beyond words, I'm on a fixed income and made this clear. I hung up crying...I gave all I had, so I called my brother who in turn called Mr. Andrus who told him I got someone else to go under my home the day after I hired and paid him cash ,and they messed up his work! Really? Who would sabotage what they saved up to fix? This man is beyond dishonest, and will bleed you for every dime you have and walk away not caring what hardship he caused. We haved contacted the BBB and other bureaus,and are filing suits against him.Do'nt get burned by this man
