The doctor rushed me and I did not even know what I was getting prescribed. He changed the contacts I have been wearing (acuvue) to toric. And the new contacts he prescribed me were horrible. After a couple of days they would dry up and I would have blurry vision. I went in again and he told me that I had to put the contacts in a special container with a special solution just to take to make sure they good to wear. There was nothing wrong with acuvue!

The doctor never introduced himself so I can't tell you his name, but after scoring "out of the normal range" on his glaucoma test, the doctor refused to dilate my husbands' eyes to check out the situation even after we were told that the dilation was included in the price we paid. The employees were mostly high-school aged wearing jeans and t-shirts, and the doctor lacked basic manners. Would never go back.

I WENT IN TO GET AN EYE EXAM AND GLASSES AND FOUND THE STAFF TO BE VERY UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE!! ALL OF THEM ACT AS IF THEY DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO VISIT THIS STORE!!!! THIS BUSINESS COULD HAVE MADE MY EXPERIENCE BETTER BY JUST SIMPLY BEING PROFESSIONAL AND AT LEAST ACTING AS IF THEY WANTED TO HELP. I ENDED UP LEAVING WITH JUST AN EYE EXAM AND WILL BUY MY GLASSES AT A PLACE THAT WANTS MY BUSINESS.
