My wife and I recently decided to refinance the home, to take advantage of low rates and also shorten the term. Nick at American Liberty helped us. Nick is knowledgeable and helpful. He kept us informed every step of the way. When a minor issue came up at closing (which Nick had no control over), he took care of it and the closing went off without a hitch. We get a two month break from payments, and figure we'll save over $30,000 in the long run. Nick (and also Charles) at American Liberty are great to work with.
