Be weary of any promises of timely delivery. We feel that we were misled. We had a minimum size load of our son's belongings for delivery from Houston to NYC and when scheduling we were promised it would be there within 3-4 days. In the end it was closer to 3-4 weeks. When we called repeatedly for the status the information was not forthcoming on when it was to be delivered...only that it was still in storage in Houston, and when pressed on the delay, we were told to read the fine print of the contract, which allows them up to 30 days for a delivery.



The guys who did the loading and packing were professional, conscientious and did a very good job.

They did a great job and there was no damage.

They even put adhesive carpet pads on the legs of all my furniture before they brought it into the new house to protect the hardwood floors.

I highly recommend !!!! These guys really know what they re doing, AND provide excellent customer service!!! Thank you guys.

I just moved last week! they came to pick up my things in Houston and have already delivered it to me here in CA!! they where on point and the price was fit into my budget!! im one very happy customer and would gladly use them again!!

I couldn't help it but to write a review so others reading this can feel the great service from American Knights moving that I felt! they are highly recommended in my book, delivery was completed in an acceptable time frame, price was very close to what we had originally agreed on.

Avoid them as much as possible. Don't go with other reviews, they have written by their team only.

These people does not know how to talk and give good customer service.

Make sure you have signed agreement with all those words which has spoken during Sales conversation.

They were fast, efficient, friendly and most of all careful with all of our belongings from beginning to end.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants to have a pain-free move.

They were courteous, highly organized and great fun. I have recommended them to our friends who are due to move from overseas because their moving and packing service was so excellent from start to finish.
