Always Nature's Way solved our problem. I spoke with the owner, Jason, and they came out the same day. We dealt with noise in our attic for over a month, and by the next morning, the raccoon was trapped. Problem solved. Jason worked with our insurance company and professionally completed the attic restoration and clean out of soiled insulation. We have an excellent warranty, thank you, Always Nature's Way. Job well done. We have referred this company to our family and friends.

The guy who runs this place is unstable. We hired him to trap a groundhog, and he came and set a trap, very friendly and informative. It ended up catching a skunk, and I called him and the skunk and cage were removed. Two weeks later, I called because of a continuing skunk problem and Jason said I had asked him to release the caged skunk into our yard. I tried to explain that there was a mistake, but he hung up while I was talking and would not return my call. I wrote to ask for a refund, and Jason left an angry message on my machine, shouting that I would get my refund because my money's no good to him and that I can't tell him the law (the person who actually took care of the skunk for me suggested it's illegal to released a caged skunk, on account of rabies). I don't know where all that anger came from, but I tried several times to get things straight, calling and writing to him. After all that, he never even sent the refund he'd promised!

The owner took raccoons out of our attic. We had a bad experience with another company that had already charged us hundreds of dollars. Jason came out and trapped two raccoons the first night. The service was fast and we felt so comfortable. We have already referred Nature's Way to one of our neighbors!

They were very professional and nice, to take care of sick wild animal in my backyard, in no time on Saturday. Thank you
