My old house in Lincoln Park was built before the Chicago Fire. So, installing a new energy-saving furnace complete with ductwork was no easy job. Jay took the time to explain everything to me and offer as many options as possible. I was also impressed that while he was working, he not only took the time to point out other related old house problems he found while doing the ductwork but also worked his schedule around the other contractors that were needed to get everything done right.
