Ned came out to treat carpeting in a home my husband and I are buying. He was the most professional, hard working person I'd dealt with for a long time. Ned was most interested in doing his job to our satisfaction as well as his own. I have already given his business cards out to friends and will tell anyone who will listen that I won't use anyone else when it concerns my carpet care.
