A repairman contacted me and informed someone would be out to make a repair same day. I never heard back from the company or a representative as to why they did not show or when they could make it out. I had this issue once before but decided to give them another chance seeing they are a local small business. I will not make this mistake again.

A friend (no more) referred me to this service. The receiption (order taker) was great and cooperative. I had a simple (in my opinion) problem with an ice maker that leaked water. After reporting the problem and repairman called to inquire...I gave details and he sent someone with no experience to fix the problem. Not a pretty site...four hours and after not having proper tools, dropping screws and such, it was not fixed. They called boss...met him and he gave them a new ice maker. They returned and installed it and said wait 24 hours and it would work. Four days later and many calls to report it was still not working, there was no response (but repair man called to promise he would come re-fix). Do not call this service unless you have pills for high blood pressure! A disappointment!!! Still not repaired after a week and still waiting.
