Boys and Girls Club of Allentown based in Allentown, Pa., provides prevention programs for youth, including gang, alcohol, drug, tobacco, teen sex and unplanned pregnancies. It offers five-core program initiatives including arts, sports and fitness, social skills, character development and leadership development and education and career development. The club offers a range of after school programs for children and disadvantaged youth ages 6 through 18, including tutoring, computer training, sports education, homework help and mentoring. Boys and Girls Club of Allentown is affiliated with the national program of Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
