I liked my counselor, but their scheduling is impossible. They make appointments 2 weeks out, and I only get my work schedule one week out. If you call to reschedule your appointment due to work conflicts, they make you start the program all over again. Molly, at the front desk, is rude, and condesending. I will be going elsewhere; a place where they understand the importance of keeping a job.
