This company also does parking lot repairs , paving , etc.

Martin Applebaum is listed as the owner .

Martin Applebaum is the nephew of Ray Applebaum.

Martin Applebaum is also the general manager and estimator at ALL Dade Driveway Maintenance or Driveway Maintenance .

After you meet with sales person your fax machine and email will be flooded with proposals from the following companies ; Driveway Maintenance - All Dade Driveway Maintenance - Applebaum and Associates. All these companies are owned by Raymond Applebaum under a umbrella company.

When vehicles show up on job site they are marked AAAA. The name on your contract will not match name on vehicles as required by Miami Dade County.

If a company does good work they will be proud to use there name and not deceive potential customers.

You can end up with legal battles if you have a problem with there work.
