First of all, Paul over at All Creatures is my hero! We recently had a skunk to take up residence in our unfinished basement. Never in my life would I have guessed that such a small animal could launch such an assault against my home. It decided to spray its malodorous stench across my basement which in turn go into my vents and blew noxious fumes into the living area of my home. After initially having to wash and clean every surface in my house, the skunk decided to spray again! If you have every had this happen then you know that skunk spray is a much different story when it has infiltrated your home than if you are casually passing by it. Paul and his helper were extremely professional and gave us lots up helpful advice on how to remove odors from our home and dogs(which the skunk also managed to spray). He went over the contract in detail and explained his services BEFORE I had to sign anything. But most importantly, he found the suspect critter in our basement and removed it! He also was able to turn my stinky home into a pleasant home by using what I can only refer to as "magic juice" in our vents to remove the odor. They worked in a timely and professional manner and if I ever have any other issues with critters in my basement, this company will be the ONLY company I will ever use.
