This guy's name is Jason French! He stole my money. He came out and claimed he needed half of the cost to order the part. He cashed my check immediately and then I never heard from him. After numerous calls, he swore he would refund my money but now he just is not taking my calls. He must be running a scam!!

The repair person, Jason French, honestly is a crook. He took $100.00 in cash from my wife to pick up a part and never returned. I've been trying for 2 weeks and I keep getting I'll be there tomorrow and guess what he never shows. Do not trust this guy.

This person will inflate the price of his service and then, if possible, will talk you into paying cash so that when you finally realize that you were taken, there is nothing you can do about it. A $30 service call fee, an $11 part and 30 minutes of work turned into $175. He then stated that since the office was closed (during normal working hours), he needed cash. The price of the part was not known until after he was gone and we looked it up on the internet.
