My daughter was 4 months old and not sleeping through the night. My husband and I were so sleep deprived that I finally called All About Nannies about hiring a night nanny who could help sleep train our daughter. I was worried because they only have two on staff, I didn't think that gave me much choice, but it turns out I didn't need it, June called us and we fell in love with her over the phone. She was so knowledgable and calm! She had wonderful references and All About Nannies gave up all the information we needed to feel safe and secure with a stranger in our home. June came out and on the first night had our baby waking up only once. It only took 6 over night visits during a 2 week period. June showed us everything she did to get our daughter sleeping through the night and helped us to understand what we needed to do to keep this routine going. I was hesitant but now I am a believer, night nannies rock!

We were visiting from Washington state with our children and needed a sitter service. The hotel we were staying at gave us some names of agencies. Boy, did we make a mistake and call the wrong agency, because our sitter never showed up and we were going to be late for our show. We called the front desk and asked for the best sitter service to call because now we had an emergency, so they said All About Nannies. We called and they had a sitter here in 20 minutes. The owner even faxed over all the documents that we needed to sign and a background check on the nanny assigned to us for the night. That made us feel very comfortable. Great place and great service.

I liked the personal service and the added bonus of knowing that we have a one year guarantee if anything should change and we need to replace our nanny. I even use the company for sitter services when my sister and her children come into town.
