Roof still leaks

Hired him in Dec 2009. March 2010, roof still leaks. Won't return my calls, (uses caller ID). I have complained to BBB and Contractors State License board and sent Frank three letters,+ the City Of Monrovias Inspectors written recommendations on how to rememdy this

. We have a written contract and he guaranteed in writing his workmanship for two full years. Help, I need the roof repaired please! I would not recommend this company!
