I called Mr. Miller for a heat problem. He was late for his appt. I called him to ask what was going on and he swore and got very nasty and told me to call another company and that he "doesn't need to take any SH*$ from a customer. He is a one man band with no shop and a residential address. He has no website. He has not been in business since 1983. I checked. I don't think he deserves one star, but I had to put at least that.

I really don't want to give Alfred a five star rating because now the secret of my list of great and dependable companies is out, however, giving him any less than the max would not justify the quality of work that comes with a reasonable price tag. We have depended on Mr. Miller for over 15 years.

I highly recommend Alfred H Miller Ac & Heat for their professional way of handling business. My home was cleaner when they left than when they got here. They swept up my entire floor after they were done working on my air handler in my hallway. Alfred is a man of his word. He won't try to sell you anything you don't need & if he says he'll be there he's there. This company deserves your business as much as you deserve their service.
