Provided by YP.comI called at 7:00 am, an hour before their business hours with a septic tank needing attention today. I got the answering service, and in 4 minutes I was on the phone with someone from the septic company. She said she'd get to us as fast as possible and would let me know when to expect service. Twenty minutes later I had another call telling me the man with the truck would be at my door before 9:30 AM. This company is responsive and customer service oriented.
