I've spend 8200$ for installing this crappy Baxi Luna Duo Tec boiler. The boiler broke 2 years after installation. The promised 7 year equipment warranty did not hold up. He charged me 580$ for the PCB board, which I overhead it for only 300$ over the phone. He is unwilling to give me a legit receipt for the parts he order from the store. The cost for the PCB board with parts and labor ended up costing 1000$. The boiler broke again 2 hours immediately after the fix. He came back for another hour, did nothing but refitting the flue terminal, bust out his combustion analyzer for an additional cost of 75$. He did not even take off the cover of the boiler to take a look. Took 225$ from me, for doing nothing, and with the boiler still broken. Now he doesn't even want to exercise the warranty on the new PCB board which I paid for. This is one disgusting guy that I haven't seen in a long while. 10K down the drain, and the boiler is still not working properly.

Nick Reiser of Airteck installed a special gas boiler and holds the fact that only he can service it. He lies, overcharges, replaces parts that don't need replacing, takes no responsibility for bad work, than blames you! He even blamed me for taking a bucket of tools that his worker later remembered they left at another site.

over your head. He used the wrong size inlet negating the warranty and told me the manufacturer didn't know what they

were talking about. After the initial installation he wanted a call to service the unit in a year, we didn't call him for 3 and he made no bones about the fact that he had money to make up. He did some service in which he replaced several parts that didn't need to be replaced before he replaced the one he knew was defective and when he left there was a gas smell. I asked to return to fix it, he told me he had a very advanced leak detector and when he arrived said soapy water was better (his worker told me they left the detector at the last job) so when he couldn't find the leak, he blamed me and said if I gave him a favorable review on Angie’s List he wouldn't charge me... for WHAT ?- fixing his mistake that he couldn't even fix? Basement still smells like gas , we have to leave a window open.

Now he won't return because I didn't agree to his strong-arming me. Use ANYONE else, anyone other than this pompous lying no good plumber!!!

cirteck Plumbing, Heating and A/C is a horrible company. Nick Rieser was not licensed even though his invoices and estimates state so. He installed a wall hung boiler unit for me improperly. It has never worked and he will take no responsibility for it. It was improperly installed in an unheated area which voided the warranty from the company! We are in court now. Run, do not walk, away from this company.
