I am handicapped senior whose ac wasn't work on7/17. It is an older unit and had done this once before due to low coolant. I called Arich AC in Wellburg but not on call. I had used this company before so called-talk to tech who said it would be better if could wait till morning to get guy from Follansbee who had product to check for leaks. I agreed and he told me he would be here at 8 am. The house won't cool as very hot and no air movement outside- it was between 85 and 90 degrees allnight. The guy didn't call till 8:45am and when he came said unit was almost 20 years old and needed replaced!!!!!!!!!!! It wasn't the collant but my son had to get him to open unit to look at it. My son had just helped neighbor with his ac that has a bad capacitor and he saw wire hanging from ours. The ac guy changed it, charged $188 and went on his way.

I called to complain about service-told manager guy had wanted to sell $3,450 unit instead of checking what was wrong with mine. He told me there would be no charge and he would look into it. THE NEXT AFTERNOON-manager and guy come to my home and grill me about what had happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was as much as called a liar by manager!!!!!!!!!!!!! He kept telling me how he wanted me happy but then informed me if I DIDN'T PAY FOR THE CAPACTOR HE WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE IT. I paid for it as ac was working, BUT INSTEAD OF AIR EXCELLENCE THEY NEED TO RENAME TO AIR AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! And, yes DAVID BRYANT I am not satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
