This is my experience with TJ. A friend gave me TJ’s number from his truck as I was getting estimates to have siding replaced on my home this year. When we spoke he said he remembered me from the Home and Patio show in 2011 and that he did an estimate for me (shocking)! He said I had a permit violation in 2011 for the work that was done, which I did not know about. He said he looks up homes on the City Of Jax website to see what has been done on the property. He then told me that since I wasted his time in 2011, I had to mail him $250 to do an estimate ANG give him copies of all the estimates I had done as he is losing work/money to other people that are under bidding him. I declined and advised him that I will NEVER use his services. When I called COJ they said an “anonymous” caller called in a permit violation in 2011 but the investigator closed the case. Now that the work is completed on my home this year, another “anonymous” call was made to the COJ to report a permit violation. My licensed contractor spoke with COJ and it was taken care of. It seems to me that TJ took my business decisions personally. I feel TJ is invading my privacy by monitoring MY HOME and harassing me by calling in “anonymous” violations because I did not select him to do the job. Most of the homes in my area were foreclosed and I have no issue with my neighbors, the only person that has a problem with the work I had done is TJ.

We recently had Agram Siding replace all of our siding on our two story colonial home. It was a true pleasure to work with "TJ" (Agram.) He is meticulous to a fault. He shows up on time, works long days and leaves work area clean. If you need your siding replaced, look no further. He is the best!
