Go far away from this place. ...

Go far away from this place. The owner is condescending and she thinks she knows more about your loved ones than you or even the doctors. She and her people lie so they can get more hours and make more money. They don't care about the real needs of the people they are taking care of and they do not listen to their loved ones. This place is scary!

Michele Orshal, the owner, is very condescending to family. Her attitude to take "total control" is scary and she thinks she is an authority even above the doctors. Her caregivers lie and none of the people we had contact with (4) at Agape care about the individual's desires or needs. One of her caregivers took the last 3 bottles of purified water that my Mother had in the house and so she had to do without until I brought her some more. The caregiver said my mother wished for and needed more hours just so they could make more money. They are liars and they are scary!
