This was worst service I've ever received. I called to get an estimate. They said they would be out that afternoon. I thought that was great! Around 4pm, they still hadn't been there so I called to see if they could give me a time. They said the guy would be there in 5-10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I get a call from the guy's cell phone to tell me he was "flagged down by someone seeking an estimate and would be there in 5-10 minutes. :0 minutes later I called to let them know their services were no longer needed. The guy still showed up at my door. When we said he was too late and we were nt interested, his response was "whatever, we have enough business anyway". Ok then. Perhaps he forgot about online reviews?

I did the quote link on their site and got an email from someone the next day. I was told that I get quotes by someone who puts me on their rounds because if I like the price they can get to work right then. The next day someone came by and told me $120 for about 8 stumps! They were smaller ones (from bushes and small trees) but what an amazing price! The guy shredded them all and all I had to do was take the mulch and throw it in my flower beds and fill the holes back in! I was so happy, I'm not kidding, I'm not one to go out of my way to review people unless I was completely ripped off. Highly recommended!
