I decided to order replacement windows and doors after my PRIMARY door for entry into my townhome came off track. He ordered the doors, but without a keyhole to allow entry from the outside. He blamed me for the mishap, saying I didn't request a door with a keyhole that allowed entry from the outside. Who knew they made one sided doors for homes? My fault for expecting him to be the professional, telling me what my options are in terms of the purchase. The doors he was paid to replace had keyholes- the door leads directly to my carport. I found a website with the correct part but he made an excuse as to why he couldn't order it. For a month, I was required to use the front door to my townhome and walk around the building to get to my car (I work overnight, so image how unsafe and how much I dreaded this. I finally decided to order the part and received it in two days! during the ordeal, I had to call him to receive updates.



I have been waiting for two months for an itemized receipt to use for my 2009 tax credit. He will not provide one. He initially gave me an overall price, yesterday I received a new receipt with only the labor charge. I called to explain an itemized receipt details the items purchased and their cost. He told me to subtract the labor from the previously provided cost. He called as I am writing this, yelled at me, stating by purchase was a bundled deal and I would not be provided any additional receipts. So much for open and honest business practices!



I take responsibility for trusting a small business owner who stated his business thrives off of word of mouth. Please do not allow my mistake to be yours as well. It was a large purchase reasonably priced...I guess you get what you pay for.



I must say, the installation contractors were great!

These guys got in & out so fast, so inexpensive, and so much quality I could hardly believe it! I even had a buddy come in to see their work, he's an ex-state inspector and he was even impressed. I recommend Affordable Quality Installation for the anyone's Insulation needs!
