SHYSTER!!! We contacted the guy Tom, in response to an ad he posted about a 2001 Ford Dually he had for sale or trade. This truck he was asking 20,000 or equal trade. Clean title in hand. My husband was looking for something new to tinker with, and we knew that there were a few minor issues with this truck, But when we finally got to see it. WOW. The truck was in much worse shape then the pics showed, and as he described the truck. There was ALOT of tape covering big holes in the seat, the arm rest had been ripped out, alot of the gages did not work, the body was going to need alot more work then what was anticipated. But my husband was up for it. They agreed, but as the truck set there a run for some time, we noticed it was leaking alot of fluids. We got 3 different answers as to why, then the kicker was when my husband looked over the title, it was NOT in his name. Then he says to him, oh yeah, you are gona have to find someone to notarize the title. Well that is against the law. And as we are sitting there on his lot, one of his customers came in and wanted him to look at her van, as the problem she took it to him to have fix, was NOT fixed. I gave the lowest rating i can give. Very questionable business practices.
