My refrigerator stopped working so I called "John" @ 10:30 am. At first, he said he would be out. Then he called back to say he had one like mine that he didn't have parts for. Funny seeing how all we knew was it was a Amana and the freezer was on bottom. I asked him to come by any way to make sure that was the problem and, with reluctance, he said it would be his last stop. I started calling and leaving messages @ 4pm. He never called back or came by. I wouldn't call this guy for anything!

My refridgerator stopped working last night. I called this morning around 9 am and was given prices on the phone. He was at my door by 12 and able to fix my problem quickly. I am very impressed and will call them again if needed.

I was trying to support a local business and 3 calls to hear " Sorry I don't have a lot of dishwasher parts in stock." 3 calls 3 days wasted. I used At it's Best and they were great.

Don't bother! I had used them before, so I called again. Very disappointed, called for appointment and had it scheduled for 12:00 to 4:00. Sat home and waited for repairman who is a senior tech, at 4:12 I called, got machine, to find if where he was. They called back ten minutes later and said they were sorry but he will not be able to make it out today, do you want to try for tomorrow. No thanks! Needless to say, now 3 days with no fridge. Not worth the call for them to come out. All you will get is a "sorry"!

I have to say that I was scared of randomly calling someone to repair my fridge, but what else can I do. I am just glad that people are posting their reviews as Sears and GE Service have bad reviews. I went with AAR and I have to say that I am impressed. Very professional on the phone, were able to come the same day as advertised, and within 15 mins they knew what it was, replaced the part on the spot and got my fridge working again. Quick and and very professional work. Cheap? I do not know as I normally don't call appliance repair companies, but you do pay for what you get, and I prefer someone that will not waste my time as time is precious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys, and will make sure to call them again if I need them.
