They were very professional, came on time, options were laid out properly, and finished the job in due course. Michael & Jesse were very courteous and Jesse was very knowledgeable. Anthony who I talked to on phone was also forthcoming and professional in his behavior.

Great service from Jesse my out side unit was very loud he replaced the motor and its very quiet I would recommend affordable air to all my friends

While I am not sure about some of the rants and negative reviews here, I am sure about an absolutely positive experience with this company. After trying to get several local companies out to fix my system during a hot spell, they came out after hours with a great attitude, clean and respectful. No over or up sell here. Straight shooters with great knowledge. They had very reasonable pricing, and performed a quick clean repair. Michael and his team did an outstanding job for over 35% less than the other bids over the phone. They had all parts in stock, and stayed until the job tested perfect. I will highly recommend them to all who ask and use them on all my properties!

This service was unacceptable, the man that showed up spouted religion, standing around preaching, overcharged horribly, went into rooms that was not necessary for the service, wouldn't listen, was really creepy, we will NEVER let this company near our house again, what a load of horse pucky the former reviews were on here. I will tell everyone I know not to use this company and stay as far away as possible. He had to replace nine inches of wire and recharged the system and was up to $450 before he even started to tell about the price.

They came out and did a really good change out for a good price

They have the lowest service call in the AV. Their workers are friendly and do a very good job. Their prices are fair and they know their stuff. I had just purchased the house and the AC unit where the filter is was full of pet hair I guess from the previous owners so nasty they had never cleaned it. They cleaned it and we had a cool houe in no time.

I had Affordable Air out to repair my air system about a year ago. Affordable Air did a wounderfull job. The price was vary afforable. I quess that is where they got the name. I reffered them to a friend that wanted a new system installed and my friend was very happy as well. This is a top notch company that did what they said they were going to do at the price they said. No hidden charges or games played.

I would reccomend them to everone that wants a great A/C & Heating company.
