I found them off of Craigslist and they seemed to have a reasonable pricing for cleaning carpets and vents. Unfiortunately their duct cleaning system broke down and they sent in another guy for carpet cleaning. Thir ad claims to have the Roto vac system which is superior to other types of carpet cleaners. This was the worst shoddiest job I have ever seen. Stains that would have normally come off with any powerful van mounted steam cleaners could nt be removed with these. To add to this the cleaner wanted to charge extra for every spot he saw instead of trying to go over the site a few times ...and we did pay him.

His machine broke down as it was overheated- he claomed to have already worked 8 hours before he came to my place and had to stop working for 1/2 hr to cool his machine down- also his effluent stopped draining as well.

At the end of the day there were a number of places on the carpet that were not done or just plain skipped over which we noticed the same evening.

We called them as they guaranteed their services and they promised to come back the next day or two and never showed up and were not reachable.

I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. VERY SHODDY WORK AND POOR SERVICE.
