This company must be financially secure because they don't answer their phone, the 800 # or the number in the phone book, their website requires PayPal and I do not and will not use it, and you can't even send them an e-mail at the address on their website. Believe me, if there was any other place to buy a wheelchair gadget bag, I wouldn't contact this company ever. I spent 5 minutes filling out the order form just to find out it doesn't like my credit card that I have been using for several years. How they stay in business is a mystery. My rating is 5 stars, but not positive, negative. I have 2 of their bags that are wearing out and it used to be a company that was user-friendly but apparently they ceased to see that they needed to continue that policy. To add insult to this injury, this rating site forces me to select at least 1 star when I do not want to give them any stars.
