Extremely poor customer service. Late Delivery. Placed both a full-price "hold" and a charge on my bank card at the same time, effectively withdrawing twice the amount of money that the order was for, causing my bank to overdraft. Extremely high priced "delivery" charges. Owner apparently thinks his business is too big to provide quality customer service. Unfortunately he is probably right. Would not recommend or do business with again. On a positive note, the fescue was nice, and Carla, the accountant, was polite. Ken, on the other hand, not so much. instead of offering unsolicited business advice to his customers, he should instead take a refresher course on good business practice himself.
