Hi my name is michael , just 4 weeks ago I had home security installed in my house By Cal security pro , an ADT dealer , Carlos was great at helping me select the right kind of security for my home and family.
Just last week i received a call from ADT monitoring , and also on my app , that my alarm had gone off and they had dispatched the police to my house .
I was just 10 minutes from home , My wife had picked up my kids from school also .. When i got home I was shocked , the police had 2 men in custody . both of them had been armed and had convictions for home invasion robberies . I was dreading just thinking what could have happened if me or my family was home.
We live in a very safe neighborhood it was 4 pm we are part of a neighborhood watch .. I'm so thankful to Carlos , Cal security pro . and ADT

We saw the raving reviews on yellowpages.com and called. carlos was our rep and professionally helped us on the best security system for our needs at the best price the security service installation was easy and they .explained to me how to use the system and made it super simple to understand. Then he spent more time teaching my husband how to use it when he came home even though it was late and he could have just told him that I can just teach him. I am so glad we found them on yp.com . I am happy we were able to get such great service. it's so hard to find that these days

We recently had alarm system installed by Security Pro Group. From beginning to end, they provided A+ service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a security system. A few hi-lites below:
- Comprehensive and Personal Initial Consultation: randy visited my house, thoroughly inspected the layout out the house and existing alarm system and recommended a security system package appropriate for the house and per my requirements. Additionally, he answered all of my countless questions. In total, his visit lasted 2 hours, most of that time spent answering my questions.
- No Up-selling: of the 28 existing sensors, randy indicated that all, except for 2, could be re-used. A SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS! Additionally, he indicated that any re-used sensors would be tested for proper function during installation of new system and be included in the warranty.
- Efficient/Exacting Installation: system installation engineer (Pat) arrived on time, spent almost an entire day testing existing sensors, installing new system, testing the new system, and provided a through tutorial of operation of new system. Installation went so smoothly and quietly, I hardly noticed that Pat was going through the entire house, including attic space, diligently completing the installation.
- Excellent After Sales/Installation Service: the Customer Care representative called to inquire about the product and service. But, what really impressed me was a couple of weeks after the installation, I had a question about one specific operation. Called and it was resolved in just a couple of minutes

In sum, again, I would highly recommend Security Pro Group.

Called and spoke to one of their security specialists , very knowledgeable and patient with me . Asked me a few questions as to what i wanted my ADT home security to accomplish. I told him my families safety was the most important He gave me several options and the costs , I got to choose just what i wanted .He scheduled the installation for when it would be the most convenient for me All i paid up front was the $99 installation .There was no charge for all the equipment , and their monitoring was very reasonable . Everything went well , he even called me after my security system was installed to see if there was anything i needed security pro group was great . I highly recommend them
