Warning!!! Not licensed, not permitting jobs as of Sep 2008!

Be wary. He is illegally installing systems in the City of Austin and State of Texas. Austin requires a permit to tap into the water supply. State requires the irrigation installer to be licensed. He is neither right now. The City may fine you and require you to remove the installation if they learn that it was not properly installed.
