My AC unit wet down on a Friday afternoon at 7 pm on a hot July day. Unfortunately I called these guys. They came out and told me I had to replace the outside unit for $3800. Offered to get it done in two days. The technician did not ever test the unit. He opened the cover and said the unit is shot. Since the unit is only 6 years old I told him I need to get a second opinion. The technician lowered the price by 10%. I paid him the $125 for the service visit and sent him on his way. Net day I called AccuTech, the technician tested the unit and told me the capacitor is bad. Replace it for $35 plus $95 for the service visit. I was happy to pay that money.
