I had an awesome experience dealing with Rafael. I started searching for movers and took movement quotes from Branded and unbranded movers. Labeled and Branded movers were charging high as they are professional movers and also agree that they need to make business and also due to high cost staff maintenance etc... Since it was personal paid expense move and not company sponsored so i had to dropped the quote from Branded movers.



Now my search started for unbranded movers who can do a better job at lower rates. I checked on Craiglist and took quotes from few of them. I was very impressed with the way Rafael handled all my queries and information on movement. He quoted less than half of the price(30-40%) of the branded movers. I was bit spectacle on whether i am making the right choice by selecting them. cause you know quality comes with price. But he used to say that he will move similar to branded movers and he work as professional as them. When they actually came to move my stuff then i came to know what he said is true. I was impressed and happy at the movement as my move was totally win situation. I saw how they moved the heavy stuff and with out wasting time they completed fast. I was impressed and gave them a good tip on top of agreed bucks. I would surely recommend action and movers, Ann arbor/ypsilanty, MI to anyone who wanna take advantage of movers at low cost.



With this I also want to share one of my bad experience with earlier so called branded movers. I had to move and it was company sponsored movers so i had the luxury to select branded movers. I was happy how they loaded stuff but nightmare was when they came for unloading. It was an horribly, pathetic movement of my life. when they unloaded my stuff they damaged a lot of things and missed a lot of things. later i had claimed insurance for the larger items and got the money but few smaller items which were missing i could not report or even notice those were missing unless i needed them and searched for it to find it missing. But in this move i liked the way they loaded and unloaded it with out any damage of missing things. Kudos to Rafael and his team.
