We had Rick from Action out this week to repair our refrigerator. He did a fantastic job! If I had gone with Whirlpool service, this would've cost twice as much, (if they could've even found the problem). Great prices and service, Rick is such a nice guy, too. I'd definitely recommend them.

I called Action Equipment to my house for repair to my upstairs unit based on the excellent reviews on yellow pages.com. Well let me tell you I'm a firm believer in all the reviews. Rick Atwood came to my home and had us taken care of immediately. I couldn't have been happier with the service. I will be a forever customer whether it's my HVAC or major appliances. Thanks so much Rick for the prompt service. I will recommend Action to my neighbors and friends.

I had Action out to my house today to repair my air conditioning. They were on time and had me cooling in about 1 hour. They were kind and courteous, they gave me a seniors discount off their already reasonable price. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Action Installed A new Air Conditioning and Heating System, For my home about 3 months back. Jim and his people are very easy to work with and they know their business. I am more confortable in my home and my ENERGY BILL has cut in half !! ( this exceeded Actions expectations). I just started using my heat and can already tell a difference there. Action Installed A new Air Conditioning and Heating System for my home, About 3 months back. Jim and his people are great to work with they know their business. I was on business travel this summer when a heat wave hit and my wife called to tell me my 16 year old AC unit was not cooling. I called Action at random, and boy I'm glad I did. Jim and his crew were very helpful and came to check the unit out. I knew it wasn't worth fixing the old unit, and they gave me price on a new unit and also a quote to repair the old one. The price was fair and they put a new unit in the next day. I took care of it all over the phone from Atlanta and the wife had cold air by the time she came home. The installation looks great, there were no strings or gotcha add ons. I highly recommend Action over any of those big guys you see advertising on TV in Nashville.

I have used this company for over 19 yrs. and could not ask for a better service repair co.They put in new units and have been back to service my units every year.Mr. Jim Martin owner of Action Equipment is a very honest dependable man.I wouldnt think of calling any other repair service. Have used this company for years - like a good mechanic, when you find a good AC man, keep their number handy. Thought I had blown a compressor $$$$ - BUT it was only a capassitor $...thanks for honest service.

I have used Action several times on my Air Conditioning and Heating repairs and service. And I recently used them on my refrigerator not cooling correctly, They are excellent people to do business with. Call them if you want FAIR and Fast service.

I have used Action for several repairs on my air conditioning and appliances, Their Technicians are well trained and know their business! They recently installed A new Heat Pump System on my home, which has lowered my electric bill (just as they said it would). I also recieved a $1500.00 TAX CREDIT on the system. The Heat Pump has been running trouble free for about 5 months now. I am much more comfortable in my home now plus the money it saves me is considerable compared to my old system! ACTION is the BEST! Call them!

I called Action to checkout a problem with my heat pump. They arrived promptly within the time frame that they gave me on the same day. After inspection of my heat pump, they recommended a replacement unit. I compared prices on Amana equipment with two other companies and found Action's prices to be the most competitive. They returned the next day and completed my installation. They even informed me of a tax rebate for my new high efficiency equipment and saw that I had the paperwork needed to file it on my taxes. Great company, great service, great price.

I have used Action several times on my Appliances and Air Conditioning. This Company is honest and dependable. I recommend them to everyone who needs honest and fair prices on their Appliance and Air Conditioning service needs.

I called Action because my heat was not working,The snow storm was well under way and I was preparing for A cold weekend. But Jim at Action said he could get A tech. out to my house. The Technician ( Rick ) arrived about 2 hours later. He went to work in the blowing snow, My Compressor was shorted out and had knocked my breaker out. He made the compressor where it would not do this. And Got my emergency heater working and got my house warm. He quoted me the price for A new Compressor which I thought was to much money to put in A 12 Year Heat old Pump. Action quoted me A new Amana 14 SEER Heat Pump. After comparing their price with A couple more local Companies I found their price very fair considering the excellent service they provide, these other companies could not even come until the weather cleared. I told Action to go Ahead and install the Heat Pump. It is now 9:30 PM the same day and They left at about 9:00 PM with the new Heat Pump installed and working very well. They live up to their name of ACTION and are very pleasant to work with. I will reccomend them to anyone! I will also get A TAX CREDIT ON THIS PURCHASE!

I called Action today at 8:30 am about my ge refrigerator not cooling correctly. I spoke with, Jim. He scheduled me a service call for this afternoon and I was shocked! because 2 other companies I had spoken with told me it would be tomorow and one said next week. Anyway, he had A technician at my house at 2:45 pm, He was clean and courtious. He diagnosed my problem promply, and told me the price for the repair, which I thought was good. My defrost heaters were bad. He went right to work defrosting my refrigerator and replaced the part which he had in his stock on his truck.He cleaned up after himself. And by 4:00 pm my problem was resolved, with 2 small kids I cannot be without A refrigerator for long. I think this is excellent service and I will recommend Action to my friends or any one! I called Action today. My gas unit was not blowing air out of the vents. when i woke up my house was literally freezing inside. I called afew more companies first, but was told by all they could not come today. I found Action on The Internet Att yellow pages, They were friendly and courtious and scheduled me for a call and gave me a 4 hour window of arrival. They arrived at my house in 3 hours! My indoor blower motor was bad, they replaced the motor which they had a new one on their truck, I was warm and happy about 2 hours later! they were reasonably priced also. I spoke with a friend of mine who had the same problem a few days ago and i paid almost 100.00 dollars less for the same service! The technicians were clean and friendly and cleaned up after themselfs. I will recomend Action to anyone! Thanks for the prompt,fast, service.

I called Action about my refrigerator, it was not cooling correctly. they came the same day about 2.5 hours after i called they repaired my problem at what i considerd a fair price. considering i had just did my shopping 2 days earlier and my freezer was full of food. they repaired the defroster. they had the parts with them on their truck. they were clean cut,courtious and knowledgeable about my problem.
