do not use action appliance. I paid them $550 to repair my oven that would turn off on its own when in use. (this is after I paid them 7 months prior to repair the oven)The next day when using it, it still did not work-when the tech came back to our home he said it was a different problem. When I tried to explain that it never worked after the repair the company did nothing. The tech then proceeded to fiddle with some wires which caused the oven to spark and smoke so now we had to turn the breaker off. So before I had an oven that would partially work and now I have after paying all that money an oven that is a fire hazard! Called their office 4 times in 4 days and no one returned calls even though they said they would. Instead they told me it would cost another $350 to repair. When asked to speak to a supervisor the response was "Our supervisors are too busy to speak with customers". the tech would not own up to his making the problem worse and the company had no accountability. And I am still out $550 and no oven!
