Well, I don't know anything about them being rude. The lady I talked to was extremely helpful and had a nice chat with me, to boot. She walked me through everything I need to do to get a car that's been sitting in my backyard declared abandoned, and was very good about giving me all in the info I needed. It's still in the works, but I'll definitely be using Ace to get rid of that pile of junk as soon as everything's sorted out.

This was the rudest woman I've ever spoken to in a business. She was talking to someone when she answered the phone. SHe said hello. I asked if it was Ace, she said yes rudely. I said I couldn't tell by the way the phone was answered. She said for me not to worry about how she answered the phone, in fact I should just call someone else, and hung up on me.

This was undoubtedly the rudest "business" woman I've ever spoken to. She was talking to someone when she answered the phone, and roughly said 'hello'. I asked if this was Ace Towing. She rudely answered yes. I said I wasn't sure by the way the phone was answered. She said," Don't you worry about how I answer the phone, and if you don't like it, call someone else." The she hung up on me and I called someone else.

Representative taking information regaring a pickup of a vehicle was extremely rude. If this is any indication on the type of service the customer would receive I do not recommend this service company.

Called because husband was in an accident and had no memory of who towed vehicle. Woman stated that they did not have it before I was able to give information and then hung up on me.

I called to ask if they could tow a vehicle. She asked for more specifics, so I told her the area, and then she got really rude and cursed me out using words that are way too harsh to repeat. Please Put This Company out of business and refrain from using them!!!
