I needed my dryer fixed, and ACE did a great job! I was able to make an appt on-line and have someone to the house only a few hours later. A discount was available for using the website too. The repairperson was uniformed and clean-cut. He was no bother to my children, and my husband was not home. He did a great job explaining the costs (trip charge/diagnostics, parts, labor, tax, and total). Repairs are never cheap, but compared to SEARS, this is no more expensive. Plus, it was a heck of a lot easier to schedule. I would use ACE again.

The refrigerator was not cooling properly. Our guy at Appliance Center, Chuck North, quickly told us to call Ace for great results. Called at 8 p.m. and learned we could schedule and appointment on line. Within 5 minutes of doing so technical repairman Brian called and he was out within 45 minutes. Fixed our frig with no extra hour premium charges and was on his way. Very friendly. Explained everything. Amazing service. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Ace Appliances because the service is outstanding!!! The repair technician went above and beyond with the service he provided. He actually helped me empty my freezer and defrost it!!! He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Ace offered a competitive price for the parts and service. I definitely recommend Ace for all of your appliance needs.

We were very pleased with the response that we received from Ace Appliance. We called to schedule an appointment and they came out the same day. The service man that came out was friendly and honest. He didn't make it sound that more needed repaired then what actually did. If fixed the problem and was on his way. We received an approximate time of arrival and that time was kept.
