We hired John Harkrider "Able Plumbing Plus" to install the plumbing for our new home. The first thing he did was go under our crawl space and slash our plastic underlayment to drain water. This caused a mold issue and us having to replace all the plastic and treat for mold. Toward the end of the project we noticed that one toilet was not hooked up to the water. His solution to fix the problem was not to pull the toilet and do it right, he did not have time and would not be able to come back for 2 weeks. Instead he rigged a weird connection that left the pex line visibly coming out of the wall to hook up the toilet, and left the original copper pipe sticking out of the wall. This is not what I paid him for He also left a too long of pipe in the master shower sticking out and told us to put a rag over it until he could bring the correct length of pipe. He does not honor any warranty. We've tried to contact him, he won't return our calls and then hangs up on us. Unprofessional!
