The most honest, qualified repair service in West Palm Beach... Always a pleasure to deal with this company...

My Service uses this company and it took 2 months to fix my refrigerator! Can only partially blame the company as the parts are out of the country for my supposedly USA Sears product. NOT! Do not buy Sears products. The 1st visit, the employee said it was the fan (my freezer was still working thank goodness), but didn't test it, or anything else. Turns out the same problem the next day. Another, more qualified, employee came out, tested it and it needed a lot of parts. The parts, however, took 5 working days, both times, and it was always on a weekend! The phone person was very pleasant and they really tried to get my parts earlier, but to no avail, so I really do not blame them. Thank you to the outsourcing companies! I have my fingers crossed. Will update later to see how long the fix lasts.

I scheduled an appointment to have my refrigerator serviced. The day of the appointment I received a call canceling informing me they do not service my area after 3:30 p.m. This company had been to my home before in the same time frame so I was confussed that they would not provide service. No explanation was given and I did ask. I also asked that the owner of the business return a call to me, No call as yet.

Truly horrible customer service and quality of repair expertise. My extended warranty company uses ABCO and they never fail to disappoint me. Took 6 visits to get my washer fixed until I finally told them about a recall and got new part. My dishwasher has been "repaired" numerous times and I'm waiting on my next repair visit now but the most frustrating item has been my high end oven then keeps having the same issue of not heating. I have gone 2 months this last time without a working oven. The last repair lasted less then a week after waiting two weeks to get part. Guy came out two weeks ago and supposably ordered another new part supposably a different part that should be in quick I was told. I called them today to check on when part would arrive and woman apologized and told me someone was supposed to call me the day after guy was here that I need a head technician to come out which can't be until next week to diagnose the problem and no parts were ordered. Unbelievable.

When you want it done right the first time, call Abco..... They are prompt, polite and most importantly very knowledgeable on the items they work on..



I called for service for my washing machine after 6 pm on a Friday, and they were here in my home within 45 minutes



I've had numerous repair services to my home over the years, but only Abco from now on...

First time out we're late to show. Said micro had a loose screw and it just needed to tighten it under warranty. Micro now worked, next morning same problem. Called for another appointment. Said we were on for next Wednesday from 12pm to 5pm. Called after 5 pm to find they were closed. No one showed up or ever called. Got in contact the next day to find out that we were not on the schedule, then said sorry. They gave us a new time for Tuesday next week 12pm to3pm. Tuesday we waited all day till 3:49 they called and said they could not make it. Offered us Thursday. But we were on the list for Tuesday and should get first service on Wednesday. They told me they were busy Wednesday . She then offered me standby for Wednesday. I called May tag direct to see what could be done they told me all they could do is set up a new appointment. They said how about tomorrow Wednesday, between 8 to 12 or 12 to 3 They said ABCO, the same company that just told me they were to busy for me.

I was a little worried about the reviews but used the company because the warranty company sent them. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The tech, Steve, was clearly experienced and professional. A part was required and that took a few days to come in, but that's on the warranty company -- not Steve. Treated this well for warranty work, I would certainly use them for anything appliance or A/C related.

A nightmare. Office is rude and NASTY NASTY NASTY. My home warranty company uses them. DON'T unless you want verbal abuse. The warranty company Sent RCA AIR SERVICES and they were here within 2 hours. Did the job and left.

If you don't need to use a company that is mandatory through a home warranty, NORTH COUNTY COOLING IS TOPS.

I had a communication issue with them. In the end, my fridge was repaired. However, it took a little longer than it should have.

Not since the 3 Stooges got out of appliance repair , have I experienced such quality service. Burn your house down before letting these people in the door!

do not waste your time. Use anyone else first. Horrible Customer Service. Cancel Appointments. Do not call back. Attitude!!! Not worth it.
