My Honda ignition was not working. Called ABC Lock and Key through recommendation of Honda dealership. I was on their list that day. When they were ready to work on my car, they called that they on the way that afternoon. Rain was in the area and I had car windows down. They were very calm and started work right away. They made a new key and found that ignition cylinder needed to be repaired also. Their van is highly furnished with new parts and expensive machinery to do that job right there. They took care to fix the cylinder with new parts and put it back in the car. At the same time they made me new keys. To my surprise my trunk lock now worked.
Their expert workmanship is precise. The whole time they treated me very kindly and answered all my questions I had. In addition they advised of better ways to maintain my ignition longevity.
My ignition and keys work great. But also I was treated with respect and kindness. They are trustworthy and honest and and the bill was much lower than expected. I highly recommend ABC Lock and Key.

Very unprofessional and rude. After wating 8 hrs for appt was told locksmith was on the way. Waited another hour never showed. My husband called they would not answer phone for him. I called they answer they try to reschedule for next day without giving time and says just call tomorrow. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Time is money and I don't wish to waste either nor beg someone to take my money. I highly recommend pop a lock over them they always come thru n the clutch. Don't waste ur time on their poor service or customer service.
