Aweful experience. I scheduled an appointment with them and they gave me a 5 hour window in which they would come. I spent the entire afternoon waiting and they never showed up. They didn't call to cancel or anything. I definitely will not be calling them back.

This business is nothing but bad news! First off, He looks at my chimney from the ground and says, Yep you need a complete chimney rebuild! Then when I ask how much, He pulls out his estimate pad and starts marking all the failures of my chimney. At the bottom of the estimate writes down an outrageous figure. After seeing his figures, I told him I'd need to speak with my wife. Then he (the owner) gets huffy, as if I was going to ok the work right then a way. Just before leaving he demands I pay him a $59.00 service call coming out and writing an estimate. After all that, Then pulls out of my driveway like he's a mad man! Needless to say, He won't be getting any work from me or my neighbors as well. Also checkout this business with the b.b.b. and see the 3 recent complaints on this guy. Thank you

Saw an ad for a chimney cleaning for $60. Called him out and he couldn't make the first appointment on time even with four hour window. Rescheduled and he came out and said that it didn't need cleaned it needed some insanely expensive treatment and new chimney cap. To make matters worse he still insisted that we pay $63 without him ever have going on the roof or taking out any cleaning equipment. Total rip off.
