On 24 Mar 2023, I had another Plumbing Company come to my house to try to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Over 3 hours later, 2 different sizes of snacks, and failed attempts at putting cameras down the pipe, they said I had a collapsed pipe and they would have to reroute through the bathroom. They would be back on 1 Apr to assess the plan, but possibly up to $10K.

Last night I am walking through the neighborhood, and see Aarow Plumbing at a home, and start talking with the plumbers. They were so willing to offer advice, suggestions, and offered to take a look. I called this morning, they came out within a couple of hours, and my clog was fixed within 5 minutes - honestly!! They saved me thousands of dollars, hours I would spend missing work, and ripping up my floors/cement slabs.

AJ, Robert, and every single person I talked to at the family owned Aarow Plumbing were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. AJ gave me tips on maintaining my pipes, and what to do if I have another clog like that one.

They are the only plumbing company I will use.

Had a water leak from the meter to the point it enters the house. Asked around to my friends in Saddlebrooke, and they recommended Arrow Plumbing. Gave them and another contractor a call to get an estimate. The leak was pretty large, the meter was making a revolution about every 30-45 seconds. One contractor never showed up, Rocky and his crew arrived at the time promised, gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. I gave them the ok to do the work. They started right away and finished the job that evening. It was cold and raining, the job took about 5 hours for a team of three to complete. Arrow has a truck equipped with lights that allow them to work after daylight. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Aarow Plumbing did the re-plumb of my entire townhouse at a very reasonable price. They had some trouble snaking the new water pipes through the house but they stuck with it and completed the job in 2 1/2 days. They also installed a new electric water heater for a very reasonable price and took only 2 hours. Plumbing techs were friendly and very knowledgeable.

With so many 5 star ratings, it's hard to add another. I take that back. It's easy to add my own. Let me just say that I've entered Rocky and Aarow Plumbing to my Microsoft Office Contacts list for all my future plumbing needs (and I removed the one I had).

Rocky did a fantastic job repairing a potable water leak in my slump block wall. Offered same day/next day service. Very through repairing the leak and as an added bonus is very ethical. Family owned and operated with considerable experience in the field. Would definitely recommend, and would not hesitate to use again

I had to have my whole house re-piped and Rocky delivered as promised and did a great job, few holes to repair and great work ethic. Glad to have found a trustworthy plumber.

This is the best company in Tucson for plumbing needs. Rocky is the best fair honest works with integrity and will come out anytime needed. Based on all the good reviews I called Rocky when we suspected an exterior water line leak. He was polite and professional, and he had the line repaired the same day at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend him.

As a single mom, I am hesitant to hire contractors...always afraid of being overcharged, cheated or lied to due to my lack of knowledge or not having a man in the home!! I was pleasantly surprised with Rocky at Arrow. He was professional and explained everything to me, showed me what he was doing and even showed me a couple of things I could do on my own in a jam. His rate was reasonable, warrantied his work and left in a timely manner. I highly recommend Arrow and will use them again in the future.

I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone. Rocky came out and fixed a broken drain pipe plus a few other minor repairs in a very short time and for a very good price. They were recommended to me, and I can see why.

Rocky and Sean from Aarow Plumbing came to my house to install a water heater. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Rocky was not only experienced and thorough, but was also very efficient. Both Rocky and Sean were very personable as well. Although it is almost never a good feeling in spending a large sum of money on repairs and such, both Rocky and Sean minimized that anxiety. I will not hesitate to recommend Aarow Plumbing and Rocky and Sean whenever the situation arises!

We have been with Aarow Plumbing for a couple of years. Rocky has helped us on several occasions. They are reliable, efficient, and have very reasonable rates. Rocky is very personable and ever so helpful. Aarow Plumbing has a faithful customer forever! Next to Aarow, the other plumbers we've used are amateurs!

Rocky Aarow gave me free estimate and finished the job on time. The final invoice is within the estimate. The job includes applying a permit, installing 25 ft gas pipe for new gas meter, replacing riser shut-off valve, and other plumbing works (water heater safety config, disposal installation, cooler pipe installation,etc) inside the house. Their rate is reasonable. Will use this company again.

I really appreciated the customer service! Rocky was willing to help me out over the phone, resetting my garbage disposal and clearing it. Sometimes it's tough finding someone who is willing to help someone out, instead of just coming out, resetting something and charging a service fee. Thanks so much!! I will keep them in mind next time I need a plumber!

If I can base an opinion on one instance of service (which in this case I am convinced is NOT foolish) I would tell my friends to "Look no further than Aarow plumbing for your plumbing needs". This company responded rapidly and dealt with my problem professionally in all aspects. Aarow's representative, Rocky, demonstrated a work ethic and an eye for detail that seems to be lacking in so many, so called, professionals these days. I have a home warranty policy and will insist on having Aarow respond to any future plumbing needs I may have.
